As a singer-songwriter, Paul duetted with Dutch artist Anneke van Giersbergen on his Cellarscape song 'The Same Place', and was the featured artist on 'Detonation Days' by Love Amongst Ruin (ex-Placebo drummer Steve Hewitt's band). Other collaborations include Kenyan artist Silas Miami, South African vocalist Lana Crowster, and British cellist Tom Wraith.
